From the files amassed during countless hours J Lawson and I spent in a Brussels attic from 2009-2011, refining our craft and slowly developing a sound while researching the art, two contenders emerge. The Path, the first ever collaboration between the two of us, and Conversations With Ghosts, one of the products of a three-day jam with bassist Dadou. Lex Boogie From The Bronx was an inspiration to us while we were making these tracks, so it was a blessing to be able to update and complete the record with a killer verse from him.
